AGRAMKOW acquires the activities of Finmekanisk Værksted ApS
Finmekanisk Værksted ApS and AGRAMKOW Fluid Systems A/S are today pleased to announce an important development that ensures continuity for customers, employees, and business partners.
As of August 26, 2026, Finmekanisk Værksted ApS will cease its operations. Effective August 27, 2026, AGRAMKOW Fluid Systems A/S will acquire all assets, ongoing activities, and employees of Finmekanisk Værksted ApS. Operations will continue from the current facilities located at Damgade 79, DK-6400 Sønderborg, Denmark.
The acquisition is a natural step in preserving and building upon the competencies, expertise, and strong customer relationships that Finmekanisk Værksted has developed over many years.
AGRAMKOW Fluid Systems A/S is committed to maintaining and further strengthening the valuable relationships that Finmekanisk Værksted has established with its customers and business partners.
